Working principle

Mobile sand maker is including hopper, VSI sand maker, vibrating screen , and conveyor belt, truck mounted frame foundation. The power can be electricity or diesel generator set, it reducing the cumbersome process of infrastructure installation and labor consumption, and truly provide customers with convenient, efficient, low-cost crushing equipment. When mobile VIS crushing plant works, the raw material falls through upper inlet into rotating impeller. Due to centrifugal force, the material will collide with surrounding ones and break. The final product will come out from underneath outlet. The screen will control size of final material.
