Flat pack container house was added to our production and sales offerings since its establishment in 2006. Constructed from cold rolled steel frames and insulated sandwich panels, these units are strong as well as aesthetically pleasing. The ability to flatpack the units allows for significant transport savings as they can be transported to site in kit form where up to four units are loaded in the same space as one 20ft standard shipping container. All the wall panels are interchangeable. The units are then erected on site by ourselves or others. These units are very easily joined and stackable up to 3 storeys, allowing for larger units as well as space savings, while still being easily dismantled for redeployments elsewhere as either the original unit or smaller individual units. Our Flatpacks are used, not exclusively, for the following:

Anti 8 grade earthquake，Wind load:0.5KN/m² ,Roof live load:0.5KN/m² , Floor live load:1.5 KN/m² .

Water-proof: Single unit and Complex .

Single unit: roof are full welded corrugated steel panel, water will flow with the channel to the ground.

Complex: A  sealing strip will be put between two flatpack containers, and corner fittings will be connected by bolts.

Inside be protected by color-coated sheet and universal gusset plate.
